數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機每天開機之前，要對機子進行的檢查，主要檢查的內容如下：

（1）要檢查急停按鈕（三個中的任意一個）是否處于按下狀態(tài)C控制電源開關是否處于關閉狀態(tài)；

(1) Check whether the emergency stop button (any one of the three) is in the pressed state, and whether the control power switch is in the off state;

（2）各條線路連接是否為正常狀態(tài)；

(2) Whether the connections of each line are in a normal state;

（3）要仔細檢查是否存在漏油情況；

(3) Carefully check for oil leakage;

（4）各螺栓螺帽有無松動情況；

(4) Check for any looseness in the bolts and nuts;

（5）電氣柜內粉塵是否過多。

(5) Is there too much dust inside the electrical cabinet.

數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機在運行過程中，要注意檢查馬達是否有過熱現(xiàn)象。

During the operation of the CNC steel cage rolling welding machine, attention should be paid to checking whether the motor is overheated.

數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機運行過程中，嚴禁對電氣部分進行遮蓋，要保持散熱順暢。

During the operation of the CNC steel cage rolling welding machine, it is strictly prohibited to cover the electrical parts and ensure smooth heat dissipation.

設備運行2個月左右后，要對斷路器馬達接線端子電箱內接線端子，在電源切斷的情況下進行重新緊固。

After about 2 months of operation, the circuit breaker motor wiring terminals inside the electrical box should be re tightened with the power cut off.

2個月左右要對減速機液壓站油量進行定期檢查。若不足，需要進行添加，如有漏油現(xiàn)象要進行及時進行修理。

Regular inspection of the oil level at the hydraulic station of the reducer should be carried out around 2 months. If it is insufficient, it needs to be added. If there is any oil leakage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

每個星期要對所有的潤滑油嘴進行打黃油一次。

Apply butter to all lubrication fittings once a week.

設備正常運行2個月左右，要對所有的螺栓螺帽進行重新緊固。

The equipment has been running normally for about 2 months, and all bolts and nuts need to be re tightened.

每周要定期用油漆毛刷或微風吹風機電氣柜中的灰塵，保持電氣柜內清潔，否則可能會引起短路燒壞設備的事故發(fā)生。

Regularly clean the dust in the electrical cabinet with a paint brush or a breeze blower every week, and keep the cabinet clean. Otherwise, it may cause accidents such as short circuits and equipment damage.
